EverBee Review 2026: Pricing, Free Plan, Accuracy
Is EverBee worth it in 2026? A research-based guide to EverBee's free and paid plans, Product Analytics, Keyword Research, the Chrome extension, how accurate its sales estimates are, and the other EverBee guides on this site.

Affiliate disclosure: This guide contains affiliate links to EverBee. If you sign up for a paid plan through them, SellerImageAI may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn’t change what we write, and we don’t use affiliate links for eRank or Alura.
EverBee is one of the first tools new Etsy sellers hear about. This guide covers what it does in 2026, what the free plan includes, how much to trust its numbers, and where the other EverBee guides on this site fit.
How we researched this
We have not run our own hands-on test of EverBee for this article. This is a research-based buyer’s guide. Everything below comes from:
- EverBee’s own website, pricing page, Help Center and Terms of Service
- The EverBee Chrome Web Store listing
- Public user feedback on Trustpilot and Reddit’s r/EtsySellers
- The official pricing pages of eRank and Alura
Prices and features were checked on October 9, 2026; confirm on the official page before you buy. All screenshots are EverBee’s own images.
TL;DR verdict
- What it is: an Etsy product research tool. It estimates how many sales and how much revenue Etsy listings make, and adds keyword research, competitor (shop) analysis and trend charts.
- Free plan: useful for exploring, but it does not show sales or revenue estimates. Those start on the Growth plan.
- Accuracy: the numbers are estimates. EverBee itself calls them “a guide, not exact results.” Treat them as directional.
- No shop yet? You can still use it. EverBee says a free Etsy buyer account is enough to connect.
- Best for: sellers who are actively deciding what to make next and will use product research every week.
- Skip or wait if: you mainly need cheap keyword/SEO help (eRank is cheaper) or you want an all-in-one listing and marketing suite (look at Alura).

What is EverBee?
EverBee is a research platform built for Etsy sellers. You use it in two places:
- The web app (app.everbee.io), where you run product, keyword and shop research.
- The free Chrome extension, which adds EverBee data on top of Etsy pages while you browse.
Etsy doesn’t publish other shops’ sales, so EverBee estimates them. According to its Help Center, the algorithm uses data Etsy does share, such as views, favorites, listing dates and prices, to estimate each listing’s sales and revenue.
The company says it’s trusted by “1M+” sellers. On the Chrome Web Store, the extension shows 200,000 users (as of October 2026).
Beyond research, the EverBee family now also includes EverBee Email (email marketing for Etsy sellers) and OpoShop, a store builder formerly called “EverBee Store.” This guide focuses on the research tool, which is what most people mean by “EverBee.”
Key features
1. Product Analytics
This is EverBee’s main feature. Search a keyword (for example “cat mug”) and you get a table of matching Etsy listings with estimated monthly sales, monthly revenue, total sales, reviews, listing age, visibility score and conversion rate. Filters help you find listings that sell well but are still young.
EverBee’s Product Analytics help article explains how the numbers are built. For example, monthly sales are “Total sales divided by listing age” and monthly revenue is price multiplied by monthly sales. That’s worth knowing: revenue is an estimate built on top of another estimate. The same article notes that the premium metrics are only available on the Growth and Business plans. For the search, sort and filter workflow around those columns, see how to find best-selling items on Etsy with EverBee. Choosing the phrase those listings sit in is a separate step: how to find a niche on Etsy checks Marketplace Insights and the search page first, then Product Analytics to see whether that phrase is spread across shops.

). Figures shown are EverBee’s example data, not our test results.
2. Trends & growth rate
Paid plans add trend charts for individual listings, showing estimated sales and revenue over time plus a growth rate. The pricing page puts the limit at “last month to all time on individual listings” for Growth. Business adds trend patterns over 3, 6, 12 and 24 months inside the research tables. This helps separate steady sellers from one-season spikes.

3. Keyword Research and Keyword Score
Keyword Research shows each term’s estimated monthly Etsy search volume, competition (the number of competing listings) and a Keyword Score. EverBee’s Keyword Score article gives the formula: Search Volume ÷ Competing listings × 1000. A higher score means more searches per competing listing. The free plan includes 10 keyword searches; Growth and Business are unlimited. For a deeper explanation, see how EverBee calculates Keyword Score.
The Tag Analyzer (paid) shows which tags top listings use. In public feedback, this is often the part sellers find most useful (see “What users say” below). For when to use it after Keyword Research, see our Tag Analyzer guide.

)
4. Shop Analyzer
Shop Analyzer lets you look at a competitor’s whole shop: estimated total sales and revenue, listings and tags. EverBee says you can use it in the web app or from the Chrome extension on Etsy’s search page. For a step-by-step competitor workflow and which columns are paid-only, see our EverBee Shop Analyzer guide.
5. The Chrome extension
The extension brings EverBee data into Etsy itself. For example, it can show estimated monthly searches next to Etsy’s search suggestions, as in the screenshot below, and open product or shop analysis for the page you’re on. EverBee’s Help Center notes that the extension works only on laptops and desktops. On a phone or tablet you can use the web dashboard instead. If the overlay is missing, or tags and rows stay empty, the official fixes are in EverBee Chrome extension not working.

6. Other tools: profit calculator, AI Actions, MCP and Email
- Etsy profit calculator: estimates margin after costs and Etsy fees (Welcome to EverBee). It is free, with a web version that needs no sign-up; our EverBee Etsy Fee Calculator guide explains each field, works through two examples and lists the Etsy fees it leaves out.
- AI Actions: sends a design to Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude with a ready-made prompt to create variations. Growth includes 100 actions per month; Business is unlimited (pricing).
- MCP access (paid plans): connects Claude to your EverBee data so you can ask research questions in plain English (homepage).
- EverBee Email: a separate email marketing product with a free tier; its setup requires connecting an Etsy shop.
Can you use EverBee without an Etsy shop?
This is the most common question from beginners, so here is the short answer: you need an Etsy account, but not a shop.
EverBee’s onboarding asks you to install the extension and connect your Etsy account. However, its Help Center article “Can I use EverBee without having a store?” says yes: “You just need to create an Etsy account (it can be as a seller or buyer) and connect this one with EverBee.”
What this means in practice:
- Product research, keyword research and Shop Analyzer are about other listings and shops, so they work for pre-launch sellers.
- “My Shop” analytics and EverBee Email depend on your own shop data, so they won’t be useful until you open one.

A few things worth knowing before you pay:
- There’s no free trial. EverBee’s FAQ says the free Hobby plan is the trial, and it doesn’t need a credit card.
- Refunds are limited. EverBee’s Terms of Service (section 2.4) say monthly plans can be refunded if you contact them within three days of purchase. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund, capped at eight months’ worth. Seasonal promotions can have their own refund terms.
- Tax may be added. Since October 1, 2025, EverBee collects applicable tax (sales tax, VAT, GST and so on) on top of the plan price, depending on your billing address.
- Cancelling isn’t automatic. Per the Help Center, you have to cancel under Options → Account → Billing. Simply not using the account won’t stop billing. Our guide to cancelling EverBee walks through the steps, past-due charges and refund requests.
For a closer look at what you actually get for free, see EverBee Hobby vs Growth: free plan limits explained. If you mainly plan to use the browser add-on, our EverBee Chrome extension guide walks through what each Product Analytics column shows on Etsy.
Is EverBee accurate? How its sales estimates work
Short answer: good enough to compare listings, not good enough to forecast your income.
EverBee is open about this. Its help article “How does EverBee work?” says Etsy doesn’t share sales history with third parties, so the numbers come from an algorithm. It adds that a listing can be “way off.” For example, if a listing gets lots of views and favorites but converts poorly, EverBee may overestimate it. A listing that converts unusually well may be underestimated. Its conclusion: “EverBee is a guide, not exact results.” For your own shop you don’t need estimates at all: Etsy’s free Stats page records your real visits, orders and traffic sources. We compare the two in EverBee vs Etsy’s free Shop Stats.
Some sellers on Reddit report bigger gaps. In one r/EtsySellers thread, “Does Everbee even work anymore?”, a paying user says a sticker that had sold about 40 units in two months showed zero sales in EverBee. In another, “Is it worth paying for everbee and alura”, a seller says the sales numbers for their own connected shop were “wildly incorrect,” and that different tools gave very different search volumes for the same keyword.
How to use the numbers sensibly:
- Compare, don’t forecast. Use estimates to rank listings against each other, not to predict your own revenue.
- Cross-check with public signals. Review count and how fast reviews are added are visible on Etsy and are harder to misread. Our guide to seeing Etsy sales of other sellers covers these free signals.
- Be careful with new or low-volume listings, where small errors go a long way. Keyword Score is also a ratio of two estimates.
What users say
- Chrome Web Store: about 200,000 users (listing). The reviews EverBee highlights on its homepage praise how easily you can see what’s selling.
- Trustpilot: EverBee also has a review page there (Trustpilot).
- Reddit (r/EtsySellers): the most skeptical source. Common themes in the threads linked above are distrust of the sales numbers, frustration that some data moved to higher-priced plans, and the view that the tool is still useful for seeing competitors’ tags and keyword ideas.
Our read: users who treat EverBee as a fast niche-exploration and keyword-idea tool tend to be happy; those expecting precise sales data tend to be disappointed.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Free plan with no credit card, and it works without an Etsy shop (a buyer account is enough)
- Product, keyword, shop and trend research in one place, plus a Chrome extension that works right on Etsy
- Clear documentation of how metrics are calculated
- Annual Growth plan is much cheaper per month than monthly billing
Cons
- Sales and revenue estimates, the main reason people install it, are paid-only
- Estimates can be far off, especially for new or low-volume listings
- Monthly Growth costs a lot more than entry plans from eRank or Alura
- No free trial of paid features, and only a 3-day refund window on monthly plans
- Etsy only: the research doesn’t cover Amazon, Shopify or TikTok Shop
- Desktop Chrome only for the extension
Who EverBee is for (and not for)
Good fit:
- Pre-launch sellers choosing a niche. Start with the free plan to see what’s popular. Pay for one month or a year of Growth only when you’re ready to commit to research.
- POD and digital product sellers who launch new designs often and need to judge demand quickly.
- Sellers expanding a shop who want to study competitors’ best sellers and tags.
Not a great fit:
- Sellers who mainly need SEO and keyword help on a budget. eRank’s paid plans start lower.
- Established shops that rarely add products. You’ll pay for research you don’t use.
- Anyone who wants exact sales figures. No third-party tool has Etsy’s private sales data.
If you are choosing among several tools, the EverBee alternatives shortlist sorts eRank, Alura, Marmalead, and Etsy’s free stats by job, then links to the full comparison for each one.
If you don’t have a shop yet: EverBee is one of the easier tools to try. Create a free Etsy buyer account, connect it, and use the Hobby plan to look at views, favorites and keywords in a few niches. Once you pick products, your listing photos and mockups matter as much as your keywords. See our Dynamic Mockups review and our roundup of Placeit alternatives for mockups.

FAQ
Is EverBee free?
Yes. The Hobby plan is free forever and needs no credit card. It doesn’t include sales or revenue estimates, and keyword research is limited to 10 searches.
Does EverBee have a free trial?
No. EverBee’s pricing FAQ says there’s no free trial of paid plans; the free Hobby plan is the way to try it.
Can I use EverBee without an Etsy shop?
Yes. According to EverBee’s Help Center, you can connect a regular Etsy buyer account.
Is EverBee accurate?
Its numbers are estimates based on views, favorites, listing age and price. EverBee itself calls them a guide. Use them to compare listings, not to forecast income.
Is EverBee legit and safe?
EverBee is an established tool with about 200,000 Chrome extension users. Its Chrome Web Store listing says the developer has disclosed that it will not collect or use your data. Before paying, read the refund terms, because monthly plans only have a 3-day refund window.
Is EverBee or eRank better?
They do different jobs. EverBee is stronger for product and sales research; eRank is cheaper and focused on keywords and SEO. Many sellers use both. See our EverBee vs eRank comparison.
Is EverBee only for Etsy?
The research tool is Etsy-only. EverBee’s OpoShop store builder and EverBee Email are separate products that go beyond Etsy research.
How much is EverBee per month?
On the official pricing page, Growth and Business are each offered with monthly or annual billing. Check current price there; applicable tax may be added. Older articles often quote prices that are now out of date.
Is the EverBee Chrome extension free?
Yes. The extension is free to install and works with the free Hobby plan. Sales, revenue and conversion-rate data inside it still require a paid plan.
Does EverBee work on iPad, iPhone or Safari?
Partly. EverBee’s Help Center says you can use the web dashboard in a browser on an iPad, tablet or phone. The Chrome extension only works on laptops and desktop computers.
What is a good EverBee Keyword Score?
EverBee calculates Keyword Score as search volume ÷ competing listings × 1000, and its own help article says there is no single “good” number. A higher score means more searches per competing listing. Always check the raw search volume too: a phrase almost nobody searches for can still score high if it has very little competition. More in our guide to what a good EverBee Keyword Score is.
How do I cancel EverBee and get a refund?
Go to Options → Account → Billing → Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription (Help Center). Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle. Under EverBee’s Terms of Service, monthly plans can be refunded if you ask within three days of purchase. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund capped at eight months’ worth. Seasonal promotions can have their own terms. For step-by-step screenshots and what to do if a charge is past due, see how to cancel your EverBee subscription.
Are there EverBee promo codes?
EverBee’s Help Center says it doesn’t offer coupon codes for affiliates, and we don’t have one either. The reliable saving is annual billing. EverBee also runs time-limited seasonal offers, so check the official site before you buy.
Final verdict
EverBee is a well-documented, beginner-friendly Etsy research tool you can try free, even without a shop. Its real value sits in the paid Growth plan, where the sales and revenue estimates live, and those should be read as rough signals, not facts.
Our recommendation:
- Start free. Connect an Etsy buyer account, explore a few niches and see if the workflow suits you.
- Upgrade only for an active research phase. If you’re about to launch a batch of products, Growth gives you the data you’re paying for. The annual plan is far cheaper per month, but check the refund terms first.
- Pair it with good keywords and good images. EverBee can point you to products people buy. Your titles, tags and listing photos still have to win the click.
