EverBee Alternatives in 2026: A Shortlist by Job
EverBee alternatives for Etsy sellers, sorted by job: eRank for keywords, Alura for an all-in-one suite, Marmalead for listing grades, and Etsy's free Shop Stats. Prices are from each official page.

EverBee alternatives depend on the job you are replacing. Use eRank for keyword and listing SEO: the free plan has no time limit. Use Alura when you want research plus listing and marketing tools. Use Marmalead for keyword forecasts and listing letter grades; its free-tools page still includes a 14-day trial. Use Etsy Shop Stats for your own orders and the search terms that already reach your shop. None of those replace EverBee’s paid estimates of other sellers’ listing sales. If that is the feature you use, stay with EverBee and start on the free Hobby plan.
This page is a shortlist, not a second copy of the head-to-head posts. The eRank, Alura, Marmalead, and Shop Stats entries stay short and link to the full comparison. Prices below come from the vendor’s own page unless a line names an earlier date. We did not use these products for this article.
Quick pick
- You want estimated sales on other people’s listings. That is still EverBee’s paid Product Analytics. Hobby does not include them.
- You want keywords and listing checks for less. Start with eRank. Basic is the cheapest paid plan in this shortlist.
- You want one subscription for research, listings, and marketing. Read EverBee vs Alura.
- You want forecasts and a letter grade on listings you already have. Read EverBee vs Marmalead.
- You only need your own shop’s real numbers. Etsy Shop Stats is free. See EverBee vs Etsy Shop Stats.

The header image is EverBee’s own Product Analytics table for the sample keyword “cat mug.” Those shop names and sales figures are EverBee’s example, not a measurement from this article. Sales and revenue columns are the paid feature the rest of this shortlist does not copy in the same way.

A free EverBee alternative, by what the free plans actually include
“EverBee alternative free” usually means one of five different limits. They are not interchangeable.
| Free plan (as of Oct 24, 2026) | What the official page lists | The limit that pushes a paid plan |
|---|---|---|
| EverBee Hobby | Views, reviews, and favorites. Keyword research for 10 keywords. Basic filters. Favorites for 5 keywords, 5 shops, and 1 folder. No credit card, on the pricing page footer | Sales, revenue, conversion rate, and Keyword Score are not on the Hobby list |
| eRank Free | 5 keyword lookups a day, 1 shop with 50 listings, 5 listing audits a day, 1 AI Listing Helper use a day. The FAQ says no card and no time limit | Keyword ideas start on Basic. Lookups rise to 100, 200, or 500 a day |
| Alura Free | 5 daily keyword and product searches, AI listing optimization (about 20), a sample database of 1 million products and 25,000 shops, a profit calculator, the Chrome extension, and 1,000 starter AI credits | Full databases, saved folders, and historic data start on paid plans |
| Marmalead free tools | An Etsy fees calculator and a hashtag generator the page says you can keep and download. They come with a 14-day trial of the full premium product, with no charges until the trial ends | No permanent free keyword quota is listed, comparable to EverBee’s 10 searches or eRank’s 5 a day |
| Etsy, your own shop | Shop Stats for your visits, orders, revenue, conversion rate, and traffic sources. Search terms sit under How shoppers found you → Etsy search | It does not estimate another shop’s sales |
| Marketplace Insights | Up to 15 keyword searches a week. Each result stays available for 7 days. The help article says you see searches and listing counts from the last 30 days | Etsy Plus is the unlimited tier. The help page does not print a Plus price |
EverBee’s pricing comparison marks Keyword Score as a paid column. The screenshot below is EverBee’s own example for “funny mugs,” including a Keyword Score of 0 on that phrase. Treat the numbers as their sample.

Image: EverBee. Sample keyword screen, not a result from this article. What Hobby includes is on everbee.io/pricing.
A second EverBee sample, for dog-flag phrases, shows Keyword Score as a bar next to volume and competition. That score is the column the pricing table withholds on Hobby.

eRank, when the job is getting found
eRank’s plans page, as of Oct 24, 2026, leads with keyword data for Etsy and other marketplaces, listing audits, and competitor tracking described as “the estimated daily number of sales for any Etsy shop.” That shop-level estimate is not the same product as EverBee’s per-listing sales and revenue columns.
On that page the Basic card says “5 competitors monitored,” a Competitor Tracking row lists 1, 5, 50, and 200, and an earlier feature row shows 25, 50, and 200. The free-plan and shop-requirement comparison is in EverBee vs eRank.
Alura, when you want more than research
Alura’s paid plans on alura.io/pricing are Basic, Growth, and Professional.
The same page puts marketing tools on higher tiers: Pinterest and Etsy Ads management are on Growth and Professional, not on Free or Basic. Multiple shops are on Professional. Free and Basic are the research-and-listing entry, not the full suite.
EverBee vs Alura is the place for the research-tool versus suite decision. This page only covers the job each tool does.
Marmalead, including the free path some lists skip
Two Marmalead pages say different things about “free.”
marmalead.com/pricing/ lists features (Storm-style keyword suggestions, search volume, engagement, seasonality, forecasting, side-by-side comparison, letter grades, SEO factors, and sales factors). The plan breakdown is in EverBee vs Marmalead.
marmalead.com/m/free-tools.html offers an Etsy fees calculator and a hashtag generator that it says you keep, plus a 14-day trial of the full premium product, with no charges until the trial ends. That is a real free EverBee alternative for a two-week look at grades and keyword data. It is not a permanent free research plan with a stated daily cap.
Growtsy’s EverBee alternatives page (Oct 22, 2026) says Marmalead’s pricing page shows no free plan or trial. That matches a pricing page that does not mention one. It does not match the free-tools page.
Etsy’s own data, and what “Search Analytics” refers to
Etsy does not need a third-party subscription to show you your own shop. Three official pages describe three different screens. Etsy help has no article titled Search Analytics, as of Oct 24, 2026. Other sites use that name for the search-term list. On Etsy’s own Stats article, that list is a section inside Shop Stats, not a separate product.
Shop Stats. How to Use Etsy Stats for Your Shop puts it at Shop Manager → Stats. The overview graphs are visits, orders, conversion rate, and revenue. The glossary defines revenue as your orders minus shipping and tax, and conversion rate as the share of visits that became an order. Under How shoppers found you, choosing Etsy search shows the search terms people used to find your listings. The glossary says those Etsy-search visits do not include Etsy Ads or search traffic in the Etsy app.
Marketplace Insights. Etsy’s help article says this tool shows real Etsy search data: searches and listing counts for a keyword over the last 30 days, similar terms, and what buyers are likely to see. Path: Shop Manager → Stats → Marketplace Insights. The cap is 15 keyword searches a week, and each result stays available for 7 days. Etsy Plus subscribers get unlimited keyword searches. The article says the tool is on desktop and mobile web. It does not say the Seller app has it.
Search visibility. How to Use the Etsy Search Visibility Page is a third screen: how your listings, your shop, and your customer service line up with factors Etsy says can affect search placement, plus recommended actions. It is not a keyword-volume tool.
None of the three estimates another seller’s monthly sales. That gap is the whole of EverBee vs Etsy Shop Stats. If you have no shop yet, Shop Stats and Marketplace Insights are not available, because both sit in Shop Manager.
Profit tracking and listing tests
If the missing piece is profit after fees, ads, and product cost, ProfitTree is the tool in this cluster for your own orders. Its paid plans are Starter, Growth, and Pro, with monthly and annual billing. The plans are listed at profittree.io.
EverBee publishes a per-sale fee calculator at everbee.io/etsy-fee-calculator. It is one sale at a time, not an order history.
Sale Samurai is the listing-test and long-tail keyword name in this cluster. The salesamurai.io/pricing/ page lists no plan prices.
What to skip in other “best EverBee alternative” lists
A few patterns showed up in the pages ranking for this query. They are why a job shortlist is more useful than another numbered top seven.
- A stale EverBee annual price. Third-party reviews such as RevenueGeeks’ EverBee review can print older rates. Use EverBee’s own pricing page instead.
- The writer’s own tool in the first slot. Several results lead with a product the same site sells. Use them for a feature you actually need, after you have checked that vendor’s pricing page.
- “Etsy Search Analytics” as if Etsy published one tool by that name. Etsy’s help pages split the job across Shop Stats (your search terms), Marketplace Insights (15 keyword lookups a week), and the search visibility page (listing and shop checks).
- One competitor-tracking number for eRank. The plans page lists more than one competitor count, as the eRank section shows.
An EverBee Etsy alternative is worth paying for only when it does a job EverBee’s Hobby plan and Etsy’s free screens do not. Keyword depth, listing grades, a marketing suite, or order-level profit are those jobs. Estimated sales for other listings are still the reason to pay EverBee.
FAQ
What is the best free EverBee alternative?
For your own shop, Etsy Shop Stats. It is free in Shop Manager and shows real orders, revenue, and the search terms that found your listings. For keyword lookups without a paid plan, eRank’s free plan (5 a day, no time limit) and EverBee Hobby (10 keywords, no sales columns) are the two perpetual quotas, as of Oct 24, 2026. Alura’s free plan lists 5 keyword and product searches a day. Marmalead’s free path is two tools you keep plus a 14-day trial, not an ongoing search cap.
Is eRank a good EverBee alternative?
For keywords and listing audits, yes. For estimated sales and revenue on individual listings, eRank’s plans page describes shop-level competitor tracking instead.
Is Alura cheaper than EverBee?
Alura Basic and EverBee Growth do not buy the same feature list. Alura’s page puts the larger research database and the ads tools on Growth and above.
Does Marmalead have a free trial?
Yes, according to Marmalead’s free-tools page, as of Oct 24, 2026: a 14-day trial of the full version, with no charges until the trial ends, alongside a fees calculator and a hashtag generator you can keep.
Can Etsy Shop Stats replace EverBee?
For your own shop, yes. For other sellers’ estimated listing sales, no. Marketplace Insights adds a capped look at Etsy-wide search counts (15 keywords a week on the free cap). It still is not a database of other shops’ orders.
Which EverBee alternative should a new shop use?
If you do not have a shop yet, Shop Stats and Marketplace Insights are inside Shop Manager, so they wait until you open one. EverBee Hobby and eRank’s free keyword tool are the two free options, as of Oct 24, 2026, that do not require that. Pay for Growth, Alura, or Marmalead only after you know which job you will open every week.
Which EverBee alternatives to open first
Open one tool for one job. eRank if the listings you already have need keywords and audits. Alura if you want listing help and, on a higher plan, ads or Pinterest in the same subscription. Marmalead if you want a 14-day look at forecasts and letter grades. Etsy Shop Stats if the question is what already happened in your shop. EverBee if the question is which other listings look like they sell, starting on Hobby until you need the paid sales columns.
The EverBee alternatives worth a second look are the ones that stay cheaper or more specific than a second research subscription. Confirm the amount on the vendor’s page before you enter a card. None of these tools can promise orders.
